You can cancel your KreadoAI membership plan subscription at any time. To do so, log in to your account, navigate to the
Personal Center, find the "My Subscriptions" section, and click on "Cancel Subscription."
Upon cancellation, your membership benefits and remaining K-coins will remain valid for the current billing cycle, but your account will not be auto-renewed for the next cycle, reverting to a free account status without any K-coins allocation.
Note that the cancellation date differs from the expiration date of the membership; you can find the exact expiration date on the
Personal Center page.
If you accidentally or mistakenly cancel your subscription and wish to undo this action, please contact us within 48 hours of cancellation by sending an email to
support@kreadoai.com. We will address and resolve your issue within 2-3 business days.
